Unlimited pets, pet stock / stock.

​

Make a list of all tasks, including food rations / amount Using lists provided by CLC (see forms on this site and print out).

Simply estimate a reasonable amount of time to get to all jobs.

​

Make specific note if you need morning and evening checks / feed / medications / suppliments.

​

You can request a "split shift" based on hour lots. For example 30 mins in the morning, 30 mins in the evening or 1 hr in the morning, 1 hr in the evening.

Garden, Grounds & Farm Maintenance

$28.00 / hour by agreement Maintenance activities (min 1-Hour charge)

Jobs available include: Mowing, edging, planting, weeding, mulching, composting, fire wood splitting, hazard / fuel reduction (physical removal, mulching, chipping. No fire used!)

Based on using operational property / site owned equipment

 

Extra plant and equipment can be transported and utilised at extra cost.

 

Any on-site equipment not operational a 1-hour fee (minimum) applies for cleaning, repairs and adjustment.

 

Major repairs requiring transport charged at $0.80/km

B&B's

 

$60.00 / day base rate

 

Plus

 

$30.00 / hour by agreement Basic B&B activities (min 1 Hour charge).

Pre-arrival Room check, Guest welcome and Check-ins, Breakfast Hamper preparation / distribution, rubbish removal, replace consumables, guest check-out, room strip & rubbish removal, laundry, basic room set.

Split shifts for AM or PM as required. Minimum charge 1-hour. for example 30 mins in AM, 30 mins PM or 1 hr AM, 1hr PM

​Farmstay's

 

$60.00 / day base rate

 

Plus

 

$35.00 / hour by agreement Basic Farmstay activities (min 1-Hour charge)

Pre-arrival checks, Guest Check-ins, accommodation orientation, guest activity interactions each day, rubbish removal each day, replace consumables, evening guest activities, guest check-out, accommodation / site rubbish removal / strip out.

​

Split shifts for AM or PM as required. Minimum charge 1-hour.

​

Consider a B&B style service if guest interactions are not required.

Farm plans

 

Negotiable

 

• $30.00 / hour Consultation & site management discussion (on site). Including activities such as Tutorials and basic “how to” of farm plans, using soil sample, water sample kits, basic “mapping”, slope diagrams, reading maps, using online maps and other tricks and tips.

 

• $45.00 / page of written report / summary. (simple maps and diagrams hand drawn)

 

• $100.00 / page for GIS / GPS maps, tables, computer aided drawings sketches

• $150.00 / page for local, state, federal Govt legislation, and regulation summaries and relevant portions provided, RFS, NPWS, Department of Ag website research for other land grants, funding, restrictions. All relevant websites and links will be provided so you know where to look, who to contact in future!

Due to peak demand over the public holiday periods, the following days over the specified periods will incur additional fees.

 

June long weekend:                     Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon & Tues

October long weekend:                Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon & Tues

Easter:                                        Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun, Mon & Tues

Christmas / new year period:       20 Dec - 05 Jan

 

Base fee $70.00/day

Hourly fees increase by $5.00 / hour

 

School holidays charged at standard rates except for those days falling on the above-mentioned days.

 

Bookings in advance advised. 50% deposit confirms booking.

Full refund / EFT reversal 14+ days prior to first day.

10% cancellation fee 14-8 days notice

20% cancellation fee 7-4 days notice

30% cancellation fee 3-0 days notice.

Transport fee

 

Any off-site transport of pets, stock, plant and equipment, supplies, with prior approval, incur a Transport fee of $0.80 / km.
