Pet Care forms

I take my animal care very seriously, if your current caretaker doesn't ask for the basics, ask them why?

Tell me all about your pets, their quirks, treats? Are they escape artists? Where do they go when they do escape? Will they miss you and go looking? Who is "cranky" and who likes a visit?

​

This is a set of forms I have developed with past customers when I have asked for information about their pets and Pet stock. Like everything, it's evloving, so please message me with your thoughts.

I will be adding more as I can get to them. These are the most popular so far, next up will have to be goats, sheep and alpacas!

Whole Farm Plans

I have added "redacted" versions of my Whole Farm Plan templates.

I can't be giving everything away!

The redacted versions give an outline of the detailed list of topics you should address in a Farm Plan.

​

The templates will detail the topics, but not the information. I will include tips and tricks in some of the sections on how to fill them out.

​

An actual completed "first draft" of a Farm plan (remember they are a living document so you need to add to them) is a service Country Lane caretakers can provide some components.
